Bottom Line versus Human Capital

It doesn’t matter how strong a company’s balance sheet is. If the company is weak on human capital (has terrible relations with its work force), that company has a toxic culture and will always experience high turnover, which in turn affects its bottom line. You can’t sustain your bottom line at the expense of human capital.
